We are proud to offer pork baby back ribs.

Our Full Slab of ribs typically comes with 10-12 bones, but if you want a smaller portion our Half Slab is 5-6 bones.

  • Zesty: sweet and tangy tomato based sauce, our most popular sauce since its introduction 40 years ago.
  • Prohibition: our newest sauce, it has a sweet brown sugar start and fiery ghost pepper chili finish. The sweetness perfectly balances the hot heat.
  • Mild: traditional sauce originally created by one of Twin Anchors’ founders, Mrs. Walters.

We do not take reservations. Our seating happens on a first come-first served basis. Parties of all sizes must have everyone present for seating. We cannot take any names over the phone for any reason.

Currently you can only buy sauce at Twin Anchors, or have it shipped by the case, but we are working on making it available for online purchase very soon! Our t-shirts are available for in-house purchase or by mail. Call us between 10 AM-3 PM CST at 312-266-1616 to place an order.

We have Valet Parking 7 nights a week for $15, cash and Zelle payments accepted. There is no ATM on site.

We currently offer outdoor dining with a 90-minute seating limit. Please see the host inside the restaurant for seating.

We currently are not offering catering but we do sell fully cooked frozen ribs in our Zesty Sauce to go, as well as bottles of Zesty and Prohibition Sauce.

We offer a full bar with draft beers, wine and classic cocktails as well as full service dining at the bar. First come first served!

We do provide a free slice of cheesecake for the birthday person upon request. You are welcome to bring in a dessert for a special occasion for your group.
